These Terms & Conditions do not affect or limit any statutory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable Irish or European consumer protection law.
2. Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
Product images are provided for illustration and may occasionally differ slightly from the actual product because of manufacturer packaging, colour representation or product revisions.
Where manufacturers update a product specification or packaging, the supplied product may differ slightly from information or images shown on the website, provided that the product supplied remains consistent with the description and specifications presented at the time of purchase.
If we become aware of a material error in a product description, price or availability, we will take reasonable steps to correct the information and, where appropriate, contact affected customers.
3. Product Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product availability information up to date.
A product displayed as available may become unavailable before an order is processed, particularly where stock is supplied through a fulfilment or supplier partner.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options. Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment taken for the affected item will be refunded.
We do not knowingly advertise products as available when we know they are unavailable.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on www.electronix.ie are in euro (€).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that prices displayed on the website are accurate. If we discover a genuine pricing error before an order has been accepted, we may contact you to explain the error and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.
Any applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Orders
When you place an order through www.electronix.ie, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an order acknowledgement confirming that we have received your order.
An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We may need to verify payment, availability, pricing or other order information before accepting the order.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and, where payment has already been taken for an item that cannot be supplied, provide an appropriate refund.
6. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed for dispatch.
We use third-party payment and payment-processing services to process transactions securely.
We do not knowingly store complete payment-card details on our website.
If a payment cannot be authorised or is subsequently reversed, we may be unable to process or dispatch the order until the payment issue has been resolved.
7. Delivery
We currently offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland as described on the relevant product and checkout pages.
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Small items: €7.49
- Large items: €29.99
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during the ordering process.
Our estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 working days, although delivery times can vary depending on product availability, courier services, supplier fulfilment and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a different delivery timeframe applies to a particular product, the relevant information will be provided on the product page or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we have expressly confirmed a guaranteed delivery date.
If an order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist in checking the delivery status.
8. Supplier and Fulfilment Partners
Some products may be dispatched from our warehouse or directly through a fulfilment or supplier partner.
Where a supplier or fulfilment partner is involved in dispatching an order, this does not change your contractual relationship with Electronix.ie or your statutory consumer rights.
We remain responsible for dealing with your order, customer service enquiries, applicable returns, refunds and consumer remedies.
9. Cancelling an Order and Returns
Consumers generally have statutory cancellation rights for online purchases, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, damaged or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue.
We will deal with the matter in accordance with your applicable statutory consumer rights and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Where applicable law requires us to cover return or other reasonable costs associated with faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we will do so.
11. Delivery Damage
If an item appears to have been damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product where available.
Please retain the packaging until we have advised you on the appropriate next step.
Reporting delivery damage promptly helps us investigate the issue with the relevant courier or fulfilment partner.
This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
12. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with correcting delivery information before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
