Before dispatching your order from our warehouse or supplier, you have the option to modify or cancel it. If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the items for a refund. Please note that refunds will be issued after we inspect the returned items to ensure they are in good condition and in their original packaging.

When purchasing online, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. After you cancel, you have another 14 days to return the product to Electronix.ie. It is essential to handle the items with care before returning them. If you have not used the product and return it in its original packaging, you will receive a full refund. This refund will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of the item.

 

**Important Information:**

Should you need to return your items, you will be responsible for the shipping costs necessary to send them back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods. It is crucial that the hygiene seals on personal care products, such as shavers and hair styling tools, remain unbroken. Likewise, tamper seals on technological products, including tablets, laptops, and phones, should also remain intact. Please be aware that items that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Customers must ensure proper care of products being returned.

 

**Faulty Goods:**

If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us to arrange its return. Be advised that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to Electronix.ie. Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge it and will either send you a replacement or process your refund. In some cases, a qualified engineer may need to inspect the product before determining a course of action for repair or replacement. Any standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

 

**Repair of Faulty Goods:**

Returned items will be assessed and repaired within a reasonable timeframe, although this may vary due to factors beyond our control. If the items are deemed damaged due to misuse or accidents, or if your statutory rights or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply, you may be liable for labor, assessment, and/or freight charges. It is advisable to back up any data stored on your device before sending it for repair, as the repair or replacement process may result in data loss. This includes files on hard drives, as well as photos and music on mobile devices. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any data loss.
